Return and Refund Policy

Hassle-Free Returns Within 14 Days

From the day your order is delivered, you have a full 14 days to return any product — no questions asked.

• We’ll arrange a free pickup, so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your home.

• Once your item is collected, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS within 24 hours letting you know your refund is on its way.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method, or to your AllYouNeed Wallet if you prefer.

• For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be credited to your AllYouNeed Wallet only.

A Few Things We Can’t Take Back

At AllYouNeed, your trust and well-being matter most. While we’d love to accept every return, certain products can’t be returned — to protect health, hygiene, and fairness for all our customers.

1. Used or Opened Products
   • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or are not in their original, unopened packaging. This helps keep every customer safe and satisfied.

2. Items with Damage from Wear or Misuse
   • Products that show signs of wear, damage from improper use, or any issue not caused by a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return—even if they’re under warranty.

3. International Orders (Outside Our Service Areas)
   • Currently, returns are not accepted for international orders unless the item is defective. In that case, we may ask for proof such as photos and will guide you through the next steps.

4. Personalized or Customized Items
   • Items made especially for you, such as personalized or customized products, cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

5. Products Marked as Non-Returnable
   • Some items are clearly marked as non-returnable on their product page. These exclusions help us maintain fairness and safety for all shoppers.
