Its large objectives gives the binocular high light-transmittance for enhanced low-light performance, and a large exit pupil which helps to reduce the effects of rough and rolling seas – which can cause disorientation during observation. The porro prism optical design combined with the T* anti-reflection fully multicoated optics produce high-contrast images with true color representation and rich depth of field.

Each ocular is individually focused for precise customization for each user. Ribbed rubber armoring on the exterior provides protection against the weather and spray, impacts and drops, as well as providing a slip-resistant grip in cold or wet conditions. With its optical and construction features, plus a broad -4 to 104°F operating temperature, the Marine GA T* will maintain its performance for years whether on a lake or the high-seas.
