LR-MINDFUL MAZE SET

Mindful Maze Boards support social emotional learning and mindfulness by providing a hands-on, easy-to-use tool to develop self-management skills. Set includes 3 double-sided boards with indented finger paths. The finger paths incorporate tactile prompts for inhaling, exhaling, and pausing to guide the child through the breathing exercise from start to finish. Six designs include cloverleaf, lion, maze path, rainbow, star, and waves. Children trace each design with their fingers, breathing in and out as directed by the design of the board.
